You will receive an email acknowledgement when you finish this online registration form. YOU MUST PRINT IT AND MAIL IN WITH YOUR PAYMENT IN ORDER FOR YOUR REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETE. 

For joining members who missed the May 23rd deadline and non-members interested in swim lessons only, come to our WALK-IN REGISTRATION for swim lessons we are holding at CSC on JUNE 14th from 9am-Noon. First come, First serve
